Marty Staton
San Juan River Fly Fishing Guide
A southern hybrid with roots in Texas and Tennessee, Marty always finds a way into a good time. Since childhood, if there is any time to sneak away and fish, it’s a safe bet that Marty is out there. After cutting his teeth guiding in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, it was time to make the move Out West to the San Juan River where his father introduced him to the fly rod at an early age. Even after chasing countless species across endless bodies of water, he loves returning to his beloved trout water. Marty prides himself with patience, sharing of knowledge, and southern hospitality, so get ready for a great time!!!
