San Juan River Fishing Report & News
The San Juan River flow, at the quality waters below Navajo Dam in New Mexico, is now at 360cfs. Jig fishing has been great, 1/32oz marabou jig in white and olive and olive and ginger.
Midge fly fishing has been good, fish your midges in size 20-24. Big macs in black and grey have been productive all day. Cream and red larva’s have also been working well.
Dry fly fishing on the San Juan River has been decent with midge clusters and single black midges in size 20-24. Noon to about 4 P.M. has been the most productive time to pull out the dry flies.
